FIELD: instrumentation.SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for determination of freezing beginning temperature (cryoscopic point) at freezing of water solutions and moisture containing products and materials. Determination of cryoscopic point is provided by monitoring of temperature of studied object at its immersion into a coolant that provides its uniform cooling at a constant rate and improves the accuracy of measurement of freezing beginning temperature. The offered unit consists of three vessels: working vessel with a test tube with a product, and vessels with cold and warmed coolant. All vessels are connected among themselves by pressure equalising lines and lines for supply of coolant into the working capacity.EFFECT: improvement of accuracy of determination of cryoscopic temperature of an object due to its uniform cooling at a constant rate.2 cl, 1 dwg
