<p>The present invention relates to a lightweight hot rolled steel sheet having excellent hot rolling property and corrosion resistance, and a method to manufacture the same. According to the present invention, an embodiment provides the lightweight hot rolled steel sheet having excellent hot rolling property and corrosion resistance and a method to manufacture the same comprising: 0.5 wt% or less of C; 12-18 wt% of Al; 0.1-1.0 wt% of Si; 0.1-2.0 wt% of Ti; 0.3-1.0 wt% of Cu; more than 5-12 wt% of Cr; 0.1-0.5 wt% of Ni; 0.5-3.0 wt% of Mn; 0.01 wt% or less of S; 0.02 wt% or less of P; 0.01 wt% or less of N; and the remaining of Fe and other inevitable impurities wherein the ratio of Ti and Cu (Ti/Cu) is higher than 3, the ratio of Ni and Cu (Ni/Cu) is higher than 0.3, and the anti-phase boundary energy is lower than 70 mJ/m^2. According to the present invention, a steel plate which has excellent productivity without generating cracks during hot rolling even if Al, an element with a low melting point, is added by more than 12%; and has high ductility, low specific gravity, and excellent corrosion resistance in a sulfuric acid atmosphere can be provided by improving an integrity between ordered phases such as B2, DO3 and BCC phase at the same time by suppressing the generation of carbide precipitates.</p> |
