Systems and methods to establish connection among spoke device communication systems in a dynamic multipoint virtual private network (DMVPN) are described. According to the present subject matter, the system(s) implement the described method(s) for establishing connection among the spoke communication systems. The method includes receiving a NHRP request from a primary spoke device communication system (PSDCS) for providing routing information of a secondary spoke device communication system (SSDCS). The method also includes determining the routing information corresponding to the SSDCS based on a NHRP table. The method further includes providing a primary NHRP reply to the PSDCS including the routing information corresponding to the SSDCS, and providing a secondary NHRP reply to the SSDCS including the routing information corresponding to the PSDCS, where the routing information corresponding to the PSDCS comprises at least a public IP address of the PSDCS. |
