<p>The present invention relates to a method of materializing a DPF regenerating condition using a Jake brake system. The method comprises: a temperature measurement stage which measures a temperature of an exhaust gas flowed in an exhaust pipe after being discharged from a diesel engine; a Jake brake materialization stage which materializes a Jake brake which generates an engine brake by discharging new air without combustion through an opening of an exhaust valve in an ending phase of a compression stroke or an initial phase of an expansion stroke when there is no manipulation of an accelerator pedal, and an existence of an operation signal in a state where the diesel engine and transmission are connected through a clutch; and fuel injection during an exhaustion stage which injects a proper fuel calculated based on the temperature of the exhaust gas during operation of the Jake brake. The method has an advantage of a fuel efficiency when compared with a post injection, an HCI injection, etc. to raise an internal temperature of the DPF, and has an advantage of forecasting an internal temperature of the DPF which can easily be done.</p> |
