<p>Introduced is an apparatus for preventing the overcharge of a vehicle battery. It includes an operation part which has a holding part at one end part and has a first contact part formed at the upper end of a holding part, and the other end part touching a unit battery; a contact part which a locking part hold to the holding part, has a first contact point and a second contact point, is elastically supported by an elastic part to prevent upward elasticity through the combination of the locking part; and a battery relay which turns on/off a battery current and is connected with the first contact or the second contact with a circuit.</p> |
