Disclosed is a charging method of green cars, comprising: a mode selection step of selecting and inputting a charging mode in a control unit to charge a vehicle; an EOC mode charging step of deciding the maximum efficiency point based on information inputted from each part of the vehicle if the mode selected in the mode selection step is an EOC mode in the control unit, deducting charging output in accordance with the maximum efficiency point, and charging with the deducted output; and a charging completion step of completing charging if charging is completed in the EOC mode charging step.
