The present invention relates to a derivatization reaction gas chromatography chip. According to the present invention, the derivatization reaction gas chromatography chip includes: an analysis liquid inlet through which an analysis liquid including an analysis target is introduced; a derivative inlet through which a reaction liquid including a derivative chemically reacting with the analysis target is introduced; a guide channel which connects an end of a first fine channel with each of the analysis liquid inlet and the derivative inlet unit; the first fine channel which vaporizes the analysis target reacting with the derivative in the liquid by using the energy applied while the liquids introduce to the analysis liquid inlet and the derivative inlet unit; a first outlet which is connected to the other end of the first fine channel; a gas inlet which is communicated with the first outlet; a second fine channel which is formed with an immobilized phase, and has an end connected to the gas inlet; and a second outlet connected to the other end of the second fine channel. The present invention can vaporize the analysis target included in the analysis liquid, and separate the vaporized analysis target by the immobilized phase.
