The adhesive layer 18 can have a removable protective layer for protecting said adhesive layer, which can be formed by double sided adhesive tape. The slide may have a cover 20 for the adhesive layer, foldable into a position overlying and protecting the adhesive layer, and clip means 28 for securing the cover in position. . |
