<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing sidewalk and road blocks by a dry process. The present invention comprises: a step of preparing a first mixture by mixing a binder, where 20-40 wt% of cement having fineness (Blaine) of 3,000-3,800 cm^2/g, 40-50 wt% of furnace slag micropowder and 20-30 wt% of cement kiln dust (CKD) having Blaine of 8,000-8,500 cm^2/g are blended, and 25 or less parts by weight (excluding 0) of water, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the binder; a step of preparing a second mixture by mixing 200 parts by weight of first aggregate having a diameter of less than 3 mm (excluding 0) and a second aggregate having a diameter of 3.5 to 8 mm, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the first mixture; an aggregate surface treatment step of flattening the surfaces of the first and second aggregates by stirring the second mixture and filling the cement kiln dust and furnace slag micropowder in concavities which are irregularly formed on the surfaces of the first and second aggregates; an aggregate surface treatment step of filling the cement kiln dust and furnace slag dust micropowder in irregular concavities formed on the surfaces of the first and second aggregates by stirring the second mixture so that the surfaces of the first and second aggregates are flattened; a step of manufacturing a molded article by placing the second mixture in a mold and pressurizing the mold with vibration at a pressure of 5.2-6.2 Mpa; and a step of thermally treating and curing the molded article at temperatures of 50-65°C while improving the hydration activity.</p> |
