PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent writing to a current source circuit from being delayed due to a voltage hardly returned to a normal range thereof, because a current flowing in wiring is affected by noise and a voltage may be out of the normal range thereof, while writing from a current source to the current source circuit.SOLUTION: According to the invention, the voltage of a wiring can be quickly returned to a normal range thereof by supplying current from a source which is different from a current source, when a current flowing in wiring is affected by noise, causing a voltage to be out of the normal range thereof, while writing from the current source to a current source circuit. |
