PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a magnetization object to be easily inserted and removed to/from a magnetization section in a magnetization device. ! SOLUTION: When a rotor core 40 is inserted or removed, a magnetic path formation section 25 is set to a first position where a magnetic barrier 26 overlaps with a magnetic pole piece 32 of a magnetization section 30 in a circumferential direction. In this case, the magnetic path formation section 25 forms a shortage path 34 for shorting a part of a magnetic flux emitted by a permanent magnet 31 so as to decrease a magnetic flux passing through the rotor core 40. Consequently an attraction force or a repulsive force acting between the rotor core 40 and the permanent magnet 31 is suppressed so as to allow the rotor core 40 to be easily inserted or removed to/from the magnetization device 10. !
