PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device of a construction machinery capable of coping with height regulation in transportation, without impairing an exhaust function and appearance with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: An exhaust device of a construction machinery includes an exhaust pipe (14) vertically disposed on an upper portion of a car body to discharge an exhaust gas discharged from an engine loaded on a car body to the atmospheric air, and an exhaust pipe cover disposed on a top face (16) of the car body in a state of covering the exhaust pipe within a range not over a prescribed height dimension, and opened at one side face so that the exhaust gas from an exhaust port (18) of the exhaust pipe is brought into contact with a top face (24a) and then discharged to the atmospheric air from the opened side. The top face of the exhaust pipe cover has a double structure composed of an inner wall (24a) kept into contact with the exhaust gas at an exhaust pipe side and an outer wall (24b) at an atmospheric air side, and an air layer (26) communicated with the atmospheric air, is formed between the inner wall and the outer wall. |
