PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin for a polyolefin-based adhesive which exhibits excellent adhesiveness to a difficult-adhere substrate while maintaining workability and, which has also flexibility. ! SOLUTION: Provided is an adhesive resin composition comprising a modified polyolefin (A) having a tensile elastic modulus of 500 to 1500 MPa, low density polyethylene or linear low density polyethylene (B) having a density of 0.940 g/cm3 or less, and a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer (C), where a weight ratio of each component is 0.7<C/(A+B)<1.1 and the tensile elastic modulus of the adhesive resin composition is 100 MPa or less. The modified polyolefin (A) is produced from an epoxy group-containing (meth)acrylate ester or a derivative thereof, a polyolefin, and an aromatic vinyl monomer, which are modified during melt-blending in the presence of a radical polymerization initiator. !
