PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a band and a watch that are unlikely to be detached when wearing and capable of easily attaching/detaching the band without using a dedicated tool when replacing the band. ! SOLUTION: A guiding groove 54 that guides a band attaching hole 51 and a spring rod 6 is formed on a leg part 5 that forms a band attaching part 15. An auxiliary groove 74 corresponding to the guiding groove 54 is formed on an attaching auxiliary member 7 inserted through the band attaching hole 51. The attaching auxiliary member 7 can take a connection member attachable position where the guiding groove 54 and the auxiliary groove 74 are continuous and a connection member fixed position where the guiding groove 54 and the auxiliary groove 74 are not continuous, by being rotated about an axis of the band attaching hole 51. !
