PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of shortening a processing time, and reducing a bas band by increasing the cache hit rate of a reference image.SOLUTION: A codec processing part 2 includes: an SRAM 21 for storing a reference image read from an image storage part 4; and a movement search part 22 for generating a prediction block related to a processing object block in an input image by performing movement search on the basis of the reference image stored by the SRAM 21. The SRAM 21 stores a reference image having the number of horizontal pixels equivalent to the number of horizontal pixels of an input image and the number of vertical pixels beyond a vertical movement search range. |
