PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly change a speed without unnecessarily increasing torque in rotating a shift cam.SOLUTION: A transmission has a shift cam 110 having cam grooves 111-113 for moving a shift fork, on its outer peripheral face and capable of changing a rotating position from a neutral position to a highest-speed position through a first speed position, and a shift mechanism 80 intermittently rotating the shift cam 110 according to a shift operation, and holding the shift cam at positions from the neutral position and the first speed position to the highest speed position. The shift mechanism 80 holds the shift cam 110 so that a rotating angle between the neutral position and the first speed position is same as a rotating angle between the first speed position and a second speed position, and a rotating angle between the highest speed position and the neutral position is smaller than the rotating angle between the neutral position to the first speed position. |
