PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of dispersing and disposing materials for fried food on a belt conveyor one by one without requiring manpower. ! SOLUTION: A dispersion device 1 comprises: a hopper 5 into which materials for fried food are inserted; a piping unit 6 having a plurality of nozzles 9 arranged at intervals in a width direction of a belt conveyor 2; and a pump 7 for discharging the materials for fried food in the hopper 5 from the plurality of nozzles 9 by force-feeding the materials to the piping unit 6. The piping unit 6 has a hierarchical structure in which pipe lines of a lower layer are branched into two from each branch path of pipe lines of an upper layer with a pipe line 60 connected to the pump 7 as the uppermost layer. The diameters of the upstream ends in the pipe lines of each layer become smaller toward the lower pipe lines.
