A display device, which belongs to the technical field of displays and can solve the problems of a relatively large volume and relatively high costs of an existing 3D display device employing spectrum separation. The display device comprises: a display light source. The display light source comprises at least one wavelength tunable single-primary-colour laser (101, 102, 103). When each 3D picture is displayed, the single-primary-colour laser (101, 102, 103) at least can transmit first laser light at a first time and transmit second laser light at a second time, and the peak wavelength of the first laser light is different from that of the second laser light, wherein the first time and the second time are continuous; the first laser light is used for displaying a first frame of picture, and the second laser light is used for displaying a second frame of picture.
