PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel sensor with high conductivity.SOLUTION: A second connection part 33b for connecting two adjacent second electrodes 33a includes a translucent conductive laminate. The conductive laminate includes: a first metal oxide layer in contact with a transparent conductive layer of the second electrode 33a; a metal thin film layer provided on the first metal oxide layer; and a second metal oxide layer provided on the metal thin film layer. The first metal oxide layer is composed of IZO having a thickness in a range of 2 to 10 nm. The metal thin film layer is composed of silver or silver alloy having a thickness in a range of 5 to 8 nm. The second metal oxide layer has a thickness in a range of 10 to 30 nm.
