PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl acetal laminate used for an intermediate film of a laminated glass which causes no change in sound insulation properties when changing the moisture content. ! SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate which comprises: a polyvinyl acetal (A) having an average residual hydroxyl group amount of 25 to 45 mol% and containing a plasticizer A; and a polyvinyl acetal (B) having an average residual hydroxyl group amount of 10 to 35 mol% and containing a plasticizer B, where the plasticizer A contains a polyoxyethylene (compound I) having ester groups on both terminals and the plasticizer B is the compound I and a polyoxyethylene (compound II) having an ester group on one terminal and a hydroxyl group on the other terminal, the hydroxyl value of the plasticizer A (which may contain the compound II) is smaller than the hydroxyl value of the plasticizer B and at least one surface of the laminate has a ten point average roughness of 10 to 80 μm. !
