The present invention provides a wall-mounted sprayer comprising: a water container body (10), which has a tapered outer inclined surface (11) provided along the outer lower periphery, the upper portion of which is open, thereby containing water, and which has a water discharge unit (12) provided on the bottom surface thereof; a shelf body (20), which has a cover groove (21) recessed from the lower surface thereof, the upper portion of the water container body (10) being drawn into the cover groove (21) to cover the same, and which has an engaging protrusion (22) provided on one side of the upper end thereof such that an object, such as a mobile phone or a wallet, is placed on the upper surface thereof; and a spraying body (30), which has an inner inclined surface (31) provided along the upper inner periphery thereof, the inner inclined surface corresponding to the outer inclined surface (11) of the water container body (10), which has a pressurization unit (32) protruding from the inner portion thereof so as to pressurize the water discharge unit (12) of the water container body (10), which has a spraying unit (33) provided so as to communicate with the inner portion thereof and spray water, which has an operation unit (34) enabling water to be sprayed through the spraying unit (33), and which stores water discharged through the water discharge unit (12) of the water container body (10). According to the present invention, toilet paper is wetted by sprayed water and used to cleanly wipe the relevant part after defecation, thereby enabling clean washing even in a restroom without a bidet; toilet paper can be simply wetted and used to cleanly handle an infant's defecation, without having to carry wet tissues; usability and convenience can be improved through a simple configuration; and a mobile telephone, a wallet, a tablet PC, a book or the like can be placed on the shelf during defecation, and toilet paper wetted by water can be used to cleanly wipe the anus.
