PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic processing apparatus which can estimate the transfer function in sound field accurately, and to provide an acoustic processing method and an acoustic processing program.SOLUTION: An acoustic processing apparatus includes: a first collecting section attached to a sound field and collecting an acoustic signal that is a speech of an utterer; a second collecting section arranged movably at a position closer to the utterer than the first collecting section, and recording the acoustic signal; a transfer function estimating section for estimating the transfer function from the acoustic signals recorded by the first collecting section and second collecting section, when there is the utterer at a predetermined position of a sound field; and an acoustic signal processing section for processing the acoustic signal by using the transfer function estimated in the transfer function estimating section.
