PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device which avoids the occurrence of a shift in the radial direction, is small in the change of a preload and allows stable swinging irrespective of being a low cost. ! SOLUTION: A bearing device comprise one rolling bearing 22, the other rolling bearing 24, and a spacer 23 which is interposed between the respective rolling bearings 22, 24, contacts at a first surface with the outer ring end surface of the one rolling bearing 22 and contacts at a second surface with the outer ring end surface of the other rolling bearing 24. The spacer 23 has first projections 23B which are formed on the first surface and contact with or contactably approach the outer ring inner peripheral surface of the one rolling bearing 22, and second projections 23B which are formed on the second surface and contact with or contactably approach the outer ring inner peripheral surface of the other rolling bearing 24. !
