PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition retaining stability of an adhesive agent in a flexible package adhesive agent containing polyol, isocyanate and a silane coupling agent as the essential components while reducing an elution amount of a chemical material to food, especially alcohol in condensation of a silane coupling agent. !
