The present invention relates to a filter apparatus for an engine which comprises: a core unit in which a fluid to be filtered is supplied; and a wrinkle unit which is coupled to the core unit and is configured to filter a fluid to be supplied by pasting through the core unit, wherein the wrinkle unit includes a plurality of filter instruments formed along the circumference of the core unit. Each of the filter instruments comprises: a first filter member placed to be connected to the core unit; and a second filter member formed to be connected to the first filter member, wherein the first filter member and the second filter member are formed in a shape different from each other. According to the present invention, the filter apparatus is capable of saving energy and reducing operational costs used in driving the engine by being realized to enhance the filter efficiency of a fluid supplied to the engine.
