The present invention relates to the technical field of communication devices, and discloses a duplexer and a communication system using said duplexer. The duplexer comprises a body, an input port and an output port being disposed on the body, a cavity being disposed on the body, a dielectric resonator being disposed within the cavity, the input port being connected to an input coupling piece facing the dielectric resonator, the output port being connected to an output coupling piece facing the dielectric resonator, a tuning screw being connected onto the body, and the central axis of the dielectric resonator being misaligned to the central axis of the cavity. The communication system comprises the present duplexer. The duplexer and communication system using said duplexer provided in the present invention use an offset dielectric resonator method and do not require notching the dielectric resonator or a notched structure metal cavity, simplifying the machining difficulty of the dielectric resonator and the body, avoiding the problems of forming and manufacturing a contoured ceramic body, and facilitating machining and low production costs. |
