<p>Disclosed are an underwear composite shoulder strap and a manufacturing method thereof. The underwear composite shoulder strap comprises an elongated shoulder strap body (10) formed by two layers of fabric (1,2) joined together, wherein a silica gel sheet (20) is provided in at least part of the interior of the two layers of fabric (1,2) along the length direction of the shoulder strap body (10) and the shoulder strap body (10) bulges along the thickness direction at the position where the silica gel sheet (20) is provided. The manufacturing method comprises successively covering a bottom layer fabric (1) with and heat-sealing a first TPU adhesive film (3), a stabilizing yarn (4) and a second TPU adhesive film (5), then injecting silica gel onto the second TPU adhesive film (5) and solidifying to manufacture a silica gel sheet (20), and finally covering the silica gel sheet (20) with a thermo-compression bonded surface layer fabric (2) to obtain the underwear composite shoulder strap after cutting and shaping. Compared with the prior art, the underwear composite shoulder strap has the functions of decompression and breathability, is more comfortable to wear and durable in use.</p> |
