Disclosed is an image analysis method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The image analysis method comprises the steps of: measuring the distance between a subject and an image analysis apparatus; outputting an image of a photographed subject, wherein the image is outputted with information on at least two predetermined characteristic points of the photographed subject; selecting at least two characteristic points from the image of the photographed subject based on the outputted information about the characteristic points; calculating a relative size of a pre-stored original image of the subject based on the measured distance; extracting characteristic points of the pre-stored original image of the subject, corresponding to the selected at least two characteristic points, based on the calculated relative size; and comparing the photographed image with the original image based on the selected characteristic points and the extracted characteristic points. |
