Provided is a solid electrolytic capacitor including a positive electrode, a dielectric substance covering the positive electrode, and a solid electrolyte covering the dielectric substance. The solid electrolytic capacitor includes a nanocomposite including multiple nanofibers dispersed in a conductive polymer matrix. The nanofiber is found to extremely improve thermal mechanical stability and strength of a result capacitor, and having relatively small size and high aspect ratio by the inventors. |
