PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen adhesion force of a flame spray film to an object flame spray face. ! SOLUTION: When the flame spray film 17 is formed by a flame spray gun 5 in a cylinder bore 3 of a cylinder block 1, a cylinder bore 3 which is flame sprayed next is heated by a heater 33. A cylinder block 1 is preheated before flame spraying so as to strengthen adhesion force of the flame spray film 17. On the other hand, as gas phase for dust collection is flown in the cylinder bore 3 during flame spray time, temperature in the cylinder bore 3 is lowered by the gas phase for dust collection.
