PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seatbelt device capable of alleviating impact by extending width of a belt with a simple structure. ! SOLUTION: One end part of a belt body 50 is wound by a winding device 10 in a drawable manner. The other end of the belt body 50 is fixed on an anchor 20. A part of the belt body 50 is folded in an extendable manner so as to form a folded part 51. On a belt part with which the folded part 51 of outside surface of the belt body 50 is formed, an outside belt part 60 is arranged. Both edge parts in width direction of the outside belt part 60 are attached each other into a cylindrical shape so as to cover and hold the folded part 51 in a folded state. When tensile force over a predetermined value is subjected to the belt body 50, a jointing part 65 is released and the outside belt part 60 is extended in width direction so that the folded part 51 of the belt body 50 is extended. !
