Described herein are manufactured dietary supplements that contain a phospholipid extract derived from eggs, where the extract contains phospholipid-docosahexanoic acid derived from eggs, folate, vitamin D, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, calcium, iron, N-Acytl-L-Cysteine, iodine, and magnesium.;Described herein are manufactured dietary supplements that contain a phospholipid extract derived from eggs and the extract contains two forms of phospholipid-docosahexanoic acid derived from eggs. One form of phospholipid-docosahexanoic acid is phosphatidylcholine-docosahexanoic acid, and another form of phospholipid-docosahexanoic acid is phosphatidylethanolamine-docosahexanoic acid. And the phopholipid extract has less than about 3% by weight of free triglycerides.
