A ramp signal generation circuit and a signal generator, an array substrate and a display device. The ramp signal generation circuit comprises: a first shift register (11), a second shift register (12) having a bidirectional scanning function, a voltage reducing unit (13) and a collection unit (14), wherein the voltage reducing unit (13) is respectively connected to a power source input end and a grounding end and is used for stepwise continuously reducing the voltages input by the power source input end; the first shift register (11) is connected to the voltage reducing unit (13) and is used for controlling the voltage reducing unit (13) to output the stepwise continuously reduced voltages; the collection unit (14) is provided with an output end, and the collection unit (14) is connected to the voltage reducing unit (13); and the second shift register (12) is connected to the collection unit (14) and is used for controlling the collection unit (14) to collect and output the stepwise continuously reduced voltages output by the voltage reducing unit (13) via bidirectional scanning. The ramp signal generation circuit can reduce the area of a ramp signal generation circuit, thereby improving the degree of linearity of a ramp signal.
