The self-leveling fluid screed thus produced has a mechanical resistance to compression at 24 hours that is at least equal to 1 MPa, a shrinkage at 7 days, measured under a relative hygrometer of 50%, of less than 500 µm/m, and an endogenous expansion value measured at 7 days of less than 1000 µm/m, as well as very slightly raised edges.
