1. A method for providing a communication connection to at least one of a plurality of users, wherein each user has a mobile device coupled to a first communication network, the method comprising:
detecting, at a server, at least one mobile device capable of having a communication connection with a second communication network but unconnected to the second communication network, wherein the server is coupled to the first communication network; transmitting digital messages from the server to a user of the at least one unconnected device via the first communication network, wherein each of the digital messages contain at least one offer to establish a connection to the second communication network, a destination address associated with a user and a specified reply address to which a reply communication to the message is to be sent; receiving a reply communication from at least one user that received a first digital message via the first communication network, wherein the reply communication includes an indication that the user accepted at least one offer contained in the first digital message; authenticating the reply communication from the user if an originating address for the reply communication matches a destination address for the first digital message and the specified reply address of the first digital message matches the address at which the reply communication was received; and establishing a communication connection to the second communication network for the unconnected mobile device associated with the user who sent the authenticated reply communication.
