<p>The present invention relates to an image information storage controlling device, and may provide a method and device which not only record an accident that has immediately occurred, as would a conventional vehicle black box, but also selectively record an incident, when a user witnesses unethical and illegal behavior, and use wireless near field communication to transmit information on the location at which the incident has occurred and an image of the incident to the user's portable terminal and simultaneously store same in a database server of the user, or use an external storage device to store/manage the recorded incident.</p> |
