The present invention relates to a process for producing an organic polymer material, the production of which involves at least one hydroxyl- or amino-containing compound as a starting component, comprising the steps of: - providing a material which has formed through aminolysis and/or alcoholysis of a cyanurate polymer, - reacting this material with at least one compound selected from difunctional and/or higher-functionality compounds whose functional groups can react with hydroxyl groups or amino groups, or aldehydes, and - curing the mixture by a crosslinking reaction. The process preferably further comprises the provision of the cyanurate polymer and the performance of an aminolysis/alcoholysis on this material, in order to obtain the aminolysed/alcoholysed product. The aminolysis proceeds with ammonia, an amine of the formula NH2-R''-X or an amine of the formula R'-NH-R''-X and/or through alcoholysis with an alcoholysis reagent selected from hydroxyl compounds of the formula R'''-OH in which R'' is a divalent, optionally substituted hydrocarbyl radical, X is selected from H, OH, NH2 and NHR' and R' is an alkyl group which is unsubstituted or substituted by at least one hydroxyl group or an unsubstituted or alkyl-substituted aryl group and R''' is an alkyl group which is unsubstituted or substituted by at least one hydroxyl group or an unsubstituted or substituted aryl group, where the aryl group in the latter case is substituted by one or more substituents selected from alkyl, aryl, hydroxyl, hydroxyalkyl and hydroxyaryl, NH2-R''-X or an amine of the formula R'-NH-R''-X in which R'' is a divalent, optionally substituted hydrocarbyl radical and X is selected from H, OH and NH2/NHR''', and in which R' and R''' are each independently an alkyl group or an unsubstituted or alkyl-substituted aryl group.
|
