<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove sediment in front of the front end of a seal member while following a following tunnel approaching/departing from a preceding tunnel. <P>SOLUTION: A between-tunnel sediment removing device G for removing sediment from between a preceding tunnel 10b and a following tunnel 10a constructed adjacent thereto, in front of a seal member (an elastic seal member 30) provided in the following tunnel 10a includes a scraper member 50 provided in front of the front end of the seal member, and projecting/retracting means 70 for projecting/retracting the scraper member 50. The projecting/retracting means 70 projects/retracts the scraper member 50 while following the following tunnel 10a approaching/departing from the preceding tunnel 10b, and propels the scrapper member 50 in the state that its front end abuts on the preceding tunnel 10b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
