<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping thickness measurement device capable of precisely and continuously measuring a thickness of piping to be inspected. <P>SOLUTION: A piping thickness measurement device includes a carriage 10b which travels in piping 10a to be inspected; an XY table 130 which is provided to the carriage 10b, and faces in a direction orthogonal to the axial center of the piping 10a; a turntable 131 which is provided to a moving cradle 157 moved and adjusted in X, Y directions by the XY table 130; a plurality of probe mount bases 132 which are provided movable while being pressed outward in a radial direction with the center of rotation of the turntable 131 as a standard; an ultrasonic probe 133 which is mounted on each of the probe mount bases 132, and measures a thickness of the piping 10a; distance sensors 134 each of which measures a distance from the center of rotation of each of the probe mount bases 132; and control means for driving the XY table 130 on the basis of the measured value from the respective distance sensors 134 to align the center of rotation of the turntable 131 with the axial center of the piping 10a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
