<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a process of removing a varnish from a tool even when constraining an inner peripheral side of a coil by using the tool and fixing the coil by using the varnish. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a stator includes the steps of: (1) forming an uncrystallized resin film beforehand on the surface of a coil wire constituting a coil;(2) attaching the coil having the resin film formed thereon to a stator core; (3) fitting a tool for maintaining the shape of the coil on the inner peripheral side of the stator core; (4) applying heating treatment to the stator core and the coil, etc.; (5) detaching the tool; and (6) applying varnish treatment to the coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
