PURPOSE: A device for controlling transmission of a vehicle transmission is provided to automatically increase or decrease frictional force of a clutch in case of manual transmission for carrying out synchronization transmission, thereby reducing the synchronization time and carrying out a sudden transmission smoothly. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling transmission of a vehicle transmission includes a clutch disc(210) attached with at least more than one magnet(310) to a surface, a transmission(100) mounted with a coil(320) on a position corresponding to the magnet of the clutch disc for generating magnetic fields as electricity is applied, and a control part(500) for comparing rotation velocities output from velocity sensors(410,420) mounted to input and output shafts(150,120) of the transmission and applying a current to the coil according to the velocity difference.
