<p>The present invention relates to a system for repair and post-management of an apartment house using a communication network. The system of the present invention comprises: a major water tank having a major water tank supply pipe, a major water tank water supply pipe, and a major water tank discharge pipe; an auxiliary water tank having an auxiliary water tank water supply pipe and an auxiliary water tank discharge pipe and being connected to the major water tank with a bypass pipe; a water quality measuring unit for measuring the water quality of the major water tank from various aspects and transmitting water pollution data and information on the major water tank (for example, ID information) through a communication network; a management system for saving the water pollution data transmitted from the water quality measuring unit, details of management by a related site manager, and the results; and a water tank control system for controlling the major water tank and the auxiliary water tank. In case of repair due to a defect or a lowered water quality in a rooftop water tank of an apartment house and cleaning of the rooftop water tank, the present invention supplies water continuously to each household by letting the tap water stored in the rooftop water tank bypass and prevent tap water from being wasted by using only a part of the tap water stored in the rooftop water tank for cleaning the rooftop water tank, corridor, and stairs.</p> |
