<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery assembling device which highly accurately assembles a battery and a frame body and has high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A battery assembling device 10 includes: rotation arms 21, 31 whose one end side ends rotate on the same circumferences with the other end sides as a center; tip jigs 22, 32 which have a battery 2 or a frame body 3 and are joined to the one end side ends of the rotation arms 21. 31 swingably by pins; battery assembling means 11 and frame body assembling means 12 connected by elastic members 23, 33 which can expand and contract so that the tip jigs 22, 32 incline by a predetermined angle in a rotation direction with respect to the rotation arms 21, 31; and a drive mechanism which synchronizes and rotates the pair of the rotation arms 21, 31 in a reverse direction. The battery assembling means 11 and the frame body assembling means 12 make pressing force act on the battery 2 and the frame body 3 moved on a straight line formed by connecting the rotation centers of the rotation arms 21, 31 so as to be substantially orthogonal to an almost center part of the battery 2 and the frame body 3 through the rotation arms 21. 31 and the tip jigs 22, 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
