<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible pipe for fluid transportation or the like, capable of reliably removing corrosive gas generated from a fluid flowing therein to the outside of the flexible pipe. <P>SOLUTION: A seat floor layer 15a is formed by winding, as required, a seat floor tape around an interlock pipe 3 manufactured in advance. A resin layer 4 is formed by extruding resin by an extruder to cover an outer circumference, for the interlock pipe 3 on which the seat floor layer 15a is formed. A resin tape 17 as a resin strip and a flow path holding member 18 are supplied and wound around the outer circumference of the resin layer 4 to form a gas flow layer 5. The flow path holding member 18 is only required to have a certain degree of strength and corrosion resistance, and is made of metal such as stainless steel or aluminum. The flow path holding member is a member having an opening 22 formed on a lower surface and side and upper surfaces closed, in a section.
