<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary edible container for ice cream and soft-serve ice cream, etc. which is a healthy foodstuff as the container for delicious frozen confectionery such as ice cream or soft-serve ice cream by effectively utilizing wheat gluten bread existing from ancient times. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacture includes: a gluten-bread raw-material container manufacturing step A for manufacturing a cylindrical gluten-bread raw-material container 1 by winding gluten-bread-producing raw materials such as gluten and wheat flour around a bar-shaped body and baking the bar-shaped body in an oven; a closing step B for closing one end of the cylindrical gluten-bread raw-material container; and a surface treatment step C for reducing penetration of moisture at least onto the inner surface of the cylindrical raw materials. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
