The present invention relates to a preparation method of a varicocele animal model, and a varicocele animal mode prepared thereby. The present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a rat; and performing a partial ligation on vein for connecting common iliac vein and internal spermatic vein, a partial ligation on left renal vein, and a ligation on branches of the internal spermatic vein.
