The present invention relates to a spilt oil collection device. The present invention can safely collect harmful substances by being quickly installed in a broken portion when an outflow accident of harmful substances such as oil in a ship, a vehicle, or all types of industrial fields occur; thereby minimizing damage caused by the outflow accidents. The present invention comprises: a basket frame to which a first pulling wire is connected to vertically move; a magnet mounted on the basket frame to fixate the basket frame on the surface of a storage tank; a basket attached to a lower part of the basket frame; a cover opened upward as a second pulling wire is connected to a cover frame coupled to an upper part of the basket; and a hose connected to an oil collection unit coupled to the lower part of the basket. |
