<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pressure flotation equipment capable of removing phosphorus of wastewater, which is configured to effectively remove a sludge layer formed as a flock floats on wastewater before the wastewater reaches a bubble contact unit, a space where microbubbles are attached to the flock. Therefore, the present invention comprises: a mixing unit for generating a flock by mixing an injected coagulant with introduced wastewater; a condensation unit for growing the flock as wastewater passing through the mixing unit is introduced; a downward flow unit where wastewater is introduced from an upper portion of the condensation unit and flows downward; a bubble contact unit which is interconnected with a lower portion of the downward flow unit and where wastewater is introduced from the downward flow unit and flows upward; an air-saturated water injector which is installed on the bottom of the bubble contact unit and injects air saturated water to wastewater introduced from the downward flow unit; a floating sludge separation tank which is interconnected with an upper portion of the bubble contact unit and where wastewater is introduced from the bubble contact unit along with a flock in contact with microbubbles and a sludge layer is formed as the flock in contact with microbubbles floats on the water surface by buoyancy; a sludge collection unit which is installed on a side of the floating sludge separation tank and discharges collected sludge; a floating sludge collector which collects sludge floating on the water surface of the floating sludge separation tank and injects the sludge into the sludge collection unit; and a sludge location mover which moves sludge that floats on an upper portion of the downward flow unit to the water surface of an upper side of the bubble contact unit.</p> |
