The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device having rear surface lighting structure, which comprises an active layer arranged on a substrate, and including a source area, a channel area, and a drain area; a first insulation layer arranged on the substrate including the active layer; a gate electrode arranged on the first insulation layer; a second insulation layer arranged on the first insulation layer, and patterned for the first insulation layer of a light emitting area to be exposed; a source electrode and a drain electrode arranged on the second insulation layer, and contacting with the active layer of the source area and the drain area through a contact hole formed on the second insulation layer and the first insulation layer; a first electrode arranged on the first insulation layer of the light emitting area to contact with the source electrode or the drain electrode, and including a transparent conductive layer, and a transflective conductive layer; a third insulation layer arranged on the second insulation layer including the source electrode, the drain electrode, and the first electrode, and patterned for the first electrode of the light emitting area to be exposed; an organic thin film layer arranged on the first electrode exposed of the light emitting area; and a second electrode arranged on the organic thin film layer. |
