The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting diode, a display device and an illumination including the same, comprising: a substrate; an under part electrode formed on the substrate; an organic layer having n-doping layer formed on the under part electrode, an organic light-emitting layer formed on the n-doping layer, a hole transmission layer formed on the organic light-emitting layer, and a hole injection layer formed on the hole transmission layer, having a crystalline organic compound; a transparent upper electrode formed on the organic layer; and a capping layer formed on the transparent upper electrode, with refractive index of the capping layer being from 1.0 to 2.0. |
